Re: Zeitgeist: The Movie
I'm probably the only one who has in this forum.
Eye opening. But it'll probably never happen. Mad Max is depressingly more likely than a moneyless Utopia.

I have yet to see it, but have heard that it is a bunch of atheist propaganda and very pessimistic. I never bothered to look into it, but if you can tell me what I heard is false, maybe I'll check it out.

I suppose it depends on how you look at it. It could be seen as thought provoking to some and eye opening to others.
However, I should've probably warned from the get-go: This documentary is not for the viewing of someone who is very religious. It's the devil's work. Westboro Baptist have probably protested somebody's funeral, blaming this film on the number of deaths in our military, overseas.

I may give it a watch out of curiosity. As long as it makes some good points and is thought provoking I'll be happy. I do like hearing other peoples views on shit when it's well presented. I'm just not a fan of those docs that think the world is f'd and contain nothing but negativity.
I despise religion in it's organized form. I'm far from being atheist, and frankly, some atheists piss me off as much as born again Christians. Ya ya, you feel there is no god, then stop f'n putting yourself on a pedestal (not you personally, the annoying atheists). I'll just sit over here and read my Hesse and Osho books.
